The cost for Day Visitors is £10 for young people and £5 per adult.
Please try and car share as much as possible.
Those making their own way to Camp on Saturday, should plan to arrive on site ready for the start of the activities at 09:30, however we’d love you to join us for Flag Break which will be at 09:00 near the Barn.
As you are aware, the site has limited space, and parking is at a premium. Please encourage all your young people to share lifts, along with Leaders. This will not only minimise the number of cars to be parked, but will also ease congestion on the surrounding roads, and reduce waiting times for parents.
Day Visitors should bring a packed lunch and drinks, unless they have made arrangements with their Group to join them. There will be a tuck shop on site, so you could also budget for £2 spending money.
The Activities will finish at 17:30, after which there will be the opportunity to join in Section Forums, or take part in an orienteering challenge. These will both finish at 18:00.
On arrival to site, please make your way to the Barn, where you can register, pay, and receive information about your programme for the day, including which zones you will be in and when, along with a map etc.
There is very little cover on site, so please bring waterproofs (jacket and trousers) as activities will go ahead regardless, and we don’t want wet Scouts!
