The Gathering operates on a similar process each year, requiring key parts of information from leaders at specific dates leading up to the event itself.  Our first information release was at the St George’s Day parade, where leaders can collect a pack of information for their Group, aiding them in planning for the event.

In 2010, the Gathering will be back to Bibbys Farm, a Scout campsite just outside Chorley.
