Ormskirk District International Trip 2020
Following the success of our first District International Trip to Kandersteg in summer 2017, the District Exec have approved a proposal to run a District International Trip in the summer of 2020.
We are now looking for an Event Leader to take the idea forward, and oversee the planning, preparation and fulfilment of the trip.
The Event Leader will be mentored (if required) and supported by Andy Marsden, the Event Leader of the Ormskirk District International Trip to Kandersteg in 2017. In addition, a number of supporting documents, feedback and sharing of best practice will be provided so the learnings from Kandersteg are not lost.
Following the appointment of the Event Leader, discussion will be held about the requirements and needs of a wider Event Organising Team of between 5 – 7 people. The Event Leader will be involved in the recruitment and selection of the Organising Team. Application details will be communicated in April.
